Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not charge restocking fees and we do not have final sale items. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider; typically 5–10 business days in the United States and within 14 days for customers in the United Kingdom after receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights, including rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws for faulty or misdescribed goods.
